1. Seller

The darkplugins.com store is run by Yachtaman Marine Tomasz Senko, ul. Ludowa 24, 86-005 Białe Błota, NIP 554-260-54-52 (“DarkPlugins”). Contact: [email protected].

These terms cover buying audio plug-ins (software licences) and sound kits (licences for samples, loops, MIDI and presets) and using your account and the DarkPlugins app.

2. Account

You need an account to buy — it holds your plug-in licences and the kits in your library. The account is free and you can delete it at any time.

Keep your password confidential. The account is personal — don't share it.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are gross, in Polish złoty (PLN). Payments are handled by Przelewy24 (BLIK, instant transfers, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

After payment we email a confirmation and an invoice; documents are always available in your account too.

Promotions: whenever we reduce a price we show the lowest price from the 30 days before the reduction. Recurring promotions (e.g. “Dark Friday”) have their own rules published on the promotion page (darkplugins.com/dark-friday). Promotions and discount codes don’t combine — at checkout we apply whichever gives the buyer more.

4. Delivery of digital content

Plug-ins and kits are digital content delivered right after payment: the plug-in licence appears in “My plug-ins”, the kit in your library, the DarkPlugins app and the Kits plug-in.

Before buying you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

5. Licences

Plug-ins: see the End-user licence (EULA) — including activation on 2 computers (3 with the “All in One” plan) and up to 30 days offline.

Kits: a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence described in the PDF licence sent with your order — use the sounds in your own music, commercially too; don't resell them as such.

Preset packs (.dppack files for DarkPlugins plug-ins) are digital content delivered right after payment or after claiming a free pack — download them any time in “My presets”. You get a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the presets in your own music; music made with them may be used commercially at no extra cost. You may not resell, share or redistribute the presets themselves (or any samples in the pack), including in modified form or as part of other packs.

Fair use: the app and Kits plug-in work on up to 3 devices per account, and you can download one kit in full up to 10 times in 30 days.

6. Subscription

We offer four independent subscription plans: “Mix Pack” (mixing and mastering plug-ins), “Effect Pack” (creative effects and space), “Prod Pack” (production instruments) and “All in One” (every DarkPlugins plug-in, including Prod Pack and plug-ins added later). Which pack a plug-in belongs to is shown on its page and on the pricing page.

You buy each plan for a month or a year. Prices: Mix Pack 25 zł a month or 240 zł a year, Effect Pack 25 zł or 240 zł, Prod Pack 49 zł or 470 zł, All in One 69 zł or 660 zł. You can hold several plans at once — each one is bought, renewed and cancelled separately.

By default a plan renews automatically: at the end of each period we charge the card used at purchase (with your explicit consent at checkout) the price of the same plan, and we email you before every renewal — 7 days ahead for yearly, 3 days for monthly. Turn renewal off in your account at any time; you keep access until the paid period ends. You can also pay once, without renewal. If a charge fails we retry for 3 days, then turn renewal off.

When a period ends, that plan's plug-ins switch to demo mode unless another active plan covers them. Plug-ins bought separately keep working. The licence file works offline for up to 30 days, at most until the latest-ending plan that covers that plug-in ends. A refund for one plan's period ends only that period and that plan's renewal.

The free trial (14 days) applies only to the “All in One” plan and is available once per account and once per computer, with no payment details; nothing is charged when it ends. The Mix Pack, Effect Pack and Prod Pack plans have no free trial.

Access starts right after payment (consent under section 4 — loss of the withdrawal right).

7. Complaints

If a product doesn't work as described, email [email protected]. We reply within 14 days. If we can't fix the problem, we reduce the price or refund you — the licence then ends.

8. Liability

We work to keep the store and app running; we announce maintenance in advance where possible.

To the extent permitted by law we're not liable for loss of data or projects caused by hardware or third-party software. Consumer rights that cannot be limited are not affected.

9. Final provisions

Polish law applies. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution (e.g. a consumer ombudsman, the EU ODR platform).

We announce changes to these terms in advance; changes don't affect past purchases. In case of discrepancies the Polish version prevails.
