DarkPlugins

End-user licence (EULA)

Updated 23 October 2026

1. Parties and subject

The licence is granted by Yachtaman Marine Tomasz Senko, ul. Ludowa 24, 86-005 Białe Błota, NIP 554-260-54-52 (“DarkPlugins”) to the person who bought the plug-in on darkplugins.com (“User”). It covers the audio software (VST3/AU/Standalone plug-in) and updates within the purchased major version.

The software is licensed, not sold — DarkPlugins keeps all copyright.

2. Scope

Non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable licence tied to the User's DarkPlugins account.

You can activate the plug-in on up to 2 computers at a time (unless the product page says otherwise). With an active “All in One” plan (including the free trial) the limit is at least 3 computers; when it ends, computers above the normal limit stop receiving licence refreshes. Deactivate a computer in the DarkPlugins app or on “My plug-ins” to activate another.

Music and sounds you make with the plug-in are yours to use without limits, commercially too, with no extra fees.

3. Activation and offline use

Activation happens in the DarkPlugins app, which stores a digitally signed licence file tied to that computer.

The plug-in works offline for 30 days after the last licence refresh, then runs in demo mode (short audio mutes) until the app reconnects.

We never collect your audio or projects — the licence is checked locally.

4. Restrictions

You may not share the plug-in, licence files or account; circumvent, disable or modify protection; decompile or reverse-engineer it (except where the law expressly allows); resell, rent or sublicense it.

Breaches may lead to licence revocation and account suspension.

5. Updates and support

Bug-fix and compatibility updates within the purchased major version are free. A new major version may be paid (with an owner discount).

Support: [email protected].

6. Warranty and liability

The plug-in is provided as described. If it doesn't match the description or system requirements, statutory digital content remedies apply (repair, then price reduction or refund).

To the extent permitted by law, DarkPlugins is not liable for loss of data or projects caused by hardware or third-party software. This doesn't limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Withdrawal

The plug-in is digital content delivered right after payment. Before buying you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right. A full refund ends the licence.

8. Final provisions

Polish law applies. The DarkPlugins store terms cover anything not set out here. The Polish version prevails.
