Sampler is built for chopping. Drag in a song or a melody (up to 10 minutes) and it detects the tempo (BPM) and key. Set markers with a double-click (drag to move, right-click to delete) or automatically: on transients, every bar (8) or every half bar (16). The chops land on 32 pads in two 4×4 banks, MPC-style (pad 1 = C1) — play them from the on-screen pads or MIDI keys. A pad plays to the next marker, only while held (gate), to the end of the sample or loops its slice; there's choke, and every pad has its own pitch, gain and reverse. Warp transposes without changing the tempo, and Sync fits the sample to the project tempo. Chromatic mode plays the selected chop melodically across the keyboard. On top: an ADSR envelope, a filter and 9 effects. A built-in demo loop lets you start chopping right away. A preset with your own sample exports as a .dppack file with the audio included.
