Before you buy

Listen to the demos and check the system requirements on the product page (OS, VST3/AU formats, DAW).

Plug-in or kit not working?

Email [email protected] with your OS, DAW, plug-in version and the issue. We reply within 14 days (usually sooner).

If we can't fix a mismatch with the description, we refund you and the licence ends.

Purchase mistake

Bought the same plug-in twice, or the wrong one? Write within 14 days — if it wasn't activated (or the kit wasn't downloaded), we'll refund you.
