Meter
Meter is a loudness meter compliant with EBU R128 and ITU-R BS.1770-4 — the same measurement streaming platforms use for normalisation. It shows Integrated, Short-term and Momentary LUFS, Loudness Range (LRA), 4× oversampled True Peak, RMS, PLR and PSR plus the maxima. The measurement is verified against the ffmpeg ebur128 reference (within 0.1 LU), and audio passes through bit-perfect — you can leave it on your master bus permanently. Pick a target: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Tidal, Amazon Music, Deezer, SoundCloud, TikTok / Instagram, Club / DJ, Podcast, Broadcast EBU R128, US TV ATSC A/85, mix headroom or your own. Big Integrated and Short-term readouts, a tuner-style deviation gauge and colour coding tell you at a glance whether you're on target, too loud or too quiet, and True Peak lights up red when you exceed the platform's ceiling. The loudness history, from 10 seconds to 30 minutes with the target line, shows the whole song at once — verses, choruses and the parts that jump out. A phosphor-glow vectorscope, phase correlation and L/R balance keep an eye on the stereo image and mono compatibility, and the Mid/Side spectrum analyser with peak hold watches the tonal balance. Pause, reset or sync the measurement to your DAW's transport. For producers, mix and mastering engineers, podcasters and anyone releasing music to streaming.
