Lookahead and oversampling make sure no peak — including inter-sample peaks — goes over the ceiling. LUFS metering (momentary, short-term, integrated, LRA) and max true-peak show whether the track fits Spotify, Apple Music or the club. When exporting to 16 bit, turn on noise-shaped dither.
