Apex is a master-bus plug-in built to finish a song in minutes, not evenings. Pick a genre — Trap, Drill, Rap / Boom-Bap, Pop, R&B, EDM / House, Rock, Lo-Fi, Phonk, Afro, Acoustic — or load a reference track, click LISTEN and play the loudest part. After 10–30 seconds Apex knows the spectrum, the dynamics of every band, the stereo width and the loudness of your mix and sets the whole chain: tonal correction to the genre curve, resonance control, four-band compression, stereo image, saturation with an exciter and a true-peak limiter that hits the genre's target LUFS exactly, with a −1 dBTP ceiling.
Nothing is locked in a black box. Every module has its own controls, and the main screen has simple sliders for the whole chain: Intensity, Loudness, Width, Tone (warm ↔ bright) and Punch. The tonal balance view shows the input, the genre target with a ±2 dB corridor and the output, next to EBU R128 metering: Integrated, Short-term, Momentary, LRA, True Peak and correlation. When a mix is very dynamic, Apex doesn't crush it to hit a number — it tells you it stopped earlier and leaves the rest to you.
Match Loudness and Original give you a fair before / after comparison at the same loudness. The Tonal EQ runs in Minimum or Linear Phase, saturation and the clipper are oversampled, and the plug-in latency is constant. The same material always gives the same settings.
